1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SnappRice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SnappRice is a price comparison engine that searches products across multiple retailers including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, and Target. We provide search results, price history charts, and price alerts. All prices and availability are subject to change and may not reflect real-time data.

3. Third-Party Products & Purchases

SnappRice is a price comparison engine — we do not sell, stock, or ship any products. When you click a link on our site, you are leaving SnappRice and visiting a third-party retailer (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, or Target). All purchase transactions, including payment, shipping, returns, and customer service, are handled solely by that retailer.

• Prices & availability are provided by retailers and may change at any time. We cannot guarantee that a price shown on our site is still available at checkout.
• Product details (descriptions, specifications, images) are sourced from retailers or their feeds. Always verify key details on the retailer's product page before purchasing.
• Returns, refunds & warranties are governed entirely by the retailer you purchased from. SnappRice has no role in processing returns or handling defective items.
• Customer support for any purchase must be directed to the retailer where you completed your transaction. SnappRice cannot mediate disputes between you and a retailer.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Premium Membership & Payments

5.1 Subscription Billing

Premium memberships are billed via PayPal on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments at the then-current rate. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — your paid benefits continue through the end of the billing period, with no partial refunds for the remaining time.

5.2 Pricing & Promo Rates

• Yearly plan (first year): $29.99/year — available to new subscribers only
• Yearly plan (standard): $39.99/year
• Monthly plan: $4.99/month
• As long as your subscription remains active without interruption, your renewal rate stays locked at the promo rate. If you cancel, the locked rate is forfeited. Re-subscribing after cancellation is at the standard rate.

5.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel anytime — you retain full access until the end of your current billing period
• We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods
• If you believe there is a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will review
• SnappRice reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5.4 Changes to Benefits

Premium membership benefits may be updated over time. We will notify existing members of any material changes. Benefit changes never apply retroactively to an active billing period.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

SnappRice participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. We may earn commissions from purchases made through links on our site. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnappRice provides price information "as is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for inaccurate pricing, out-of-stock items, or any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
